All sports activities carry the risk of personal injury. Equipment should be inspected prior to every use for damage, wear and stability. Any equipment showing wear or damage must be taken out of service immediately. The user assumes all risks of injury due to use. Unique-Sports shall not be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages of any kind arising with the sale, use, replacement or repair of our items.
How can I get a catalog?
We do not have a printed catalog at this time. Our website catalog contains everything we currently sell, and we update it regularly when we discover great new items.
Do I get a discount on large quantity orders?
If you belong to a sports club, school, or other organization needing large quantities of any of our products, please contact customer service and we’ll help find you the best discounts available.
Do you offer any guarantees or warranties?
All products are guaranteed to be free against manufacturing defects in accordance with each individual manufacturer’s warranty policy. Product warranties do not cover freight, nor any labor associated with the product.

NOTE: During Peak Season for each sport, products for that sport tend to take a bit longer, usually around 10 - 14 days. Thank you for your understanding.
What do I do if my package was damaged during shipping?
Be sure to inspect your merchandise upon receipt. Concealed damages or shortages must be reported within 5 days of delivery to the carrier. All other damages must be reported directly to the carrier within 30 days.
When do I have to order a product to get it before the Holiday Season?
All holiday orders must be placed prior to December 12th to ensure holiday delivery.
