FREIGHT / SHIPPING:
We ship within the 48 states, usually via UPS. Shipping charges are added to your invoice at the time of ordering. Larger items are shipped freight. Shipping charges for Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico, are slightly higher. We will gladly ship outside the United States, please call for details.

DAMAGES / CLAIMS:
Be sure to inspect your merchandise upon receipt. Concealed damages or shortages must be reported within 5 days of delivery to the carrier. All other damages must be reported directly to the carrier within 30 days.

RETURNS:
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from Unique-Sports. When you call, an authorization number will be given that is valid for thirty days. This number must appear on the shipping label. Please make sure that your returned package is securely sealed and in saleable condition. Customer is responsible for all shipping freight charges. Note that some items are sold with promotional Free Shipping programs. You will be responsible for the actual delivery and return shipping fees incurred to transport your specialty product.

GUARANTEES / WARRANTY
All products are guaranteed to be free against manufacturing defects in accordance with each individual manufacturers warranty policy. Product warranties do not cover freight, nor any labor associated with the product.

ORDER STATUS:
Orders placed online will receive an CONFIRMATION Number after you Submit Order.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING:
All holiday orders must be placed prior to December 17th to ensure holiday delivery.
